Today, Let's Define Love

Are you a person that loves no matter what the situation? Can you forgive and forget? Do you hold things over certain people...keeping your distance? In 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 there are 15 expressions of love give to us by the apostle Paul. I want you to take time to define each one and ask God to help you with the ones you struggle with.

  1. Being Patient

  2. Being Kind

  3. Do I get jealous

  4. Do I brag (is it about me)

  5. Is not arrogant (having an exaggerated sense of one’s

own importance or abilities, haughty self-important)

  1. Does not act unbecomingly (not appropriate)

  2. Does not seek its own

  3. Is not easily provoked

  4. Thinks no evil

  5. 10.Does not rejoice in sin or evil 11.Rejoices in truth

  6. 12.Bears all things

  7. 13.Believes all things

  8. 14.Hopes all things

  9. 15.Endures all things

God I come to you in Jesus Name, help etch and inscribe these 15 expressions of love on my heart and mind...that I can respond to life’s challenges with the mind of Christ. Philippians 2:5, 1 Corinthians 2:16, Romans 12:2
