Yours, Lord is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all. 1 Chronicles 29:11
The act of worship is showing reverence and adoration. Can we possibly do that enough? Everything we have and will have is God’s. Everything we see and enjoy was made by Him. He is great! He is all-knowing! He is always present! He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords! How great is His name and greatly to be praised! Worship Him for the gift of salvation. Thank Him for the suffering on the cross through the stripes on His back comes our healing. Praise Him because He is the only one who can save us. Without forgiveness, we would be lost and without hope.
No one can be saved for you. It is a decision you alone must make. Just the same, no one can worship for you. You alone should tell Jesus how much you love him. You alone must worship. The words must be your words and come from you heart. Utter thanksgiving from deep inside your soul. Sing from the thankfulness of your heart and speak from the knowledge Christ set solidly in your mind.
I have set for a long time waiting to see if the Lord wants me to say anything else. I believe it is simply said, spend time worshipping Him today. The more time you spend in worship, the more you will grow.
Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done. Psalm 105:1
