God With Us

Isaiah 9:6

- For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:

and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name

shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The

everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

I love this scripture. There are many times when we think we

may be alone but if you are a child of God then there is no way

you are alone. One of the names of God is Emanuel which

means “God with us”. I know there has been time after time

where I have felt like God has left me but it was the other way

around. Some of those times is where we may need to fast or

seek after God more than we ever have.

God promises us that if we seek him we will find Him when we

search after him with all of our heart he will be found of us.

(Jeremiah 29:13) God is with us and God is for us. He is not

against us. How bad do you want Him?
