Top of the Morning
There is just something about mornings that I love. I am one of those obnoxious morning people as my husband puts it! I truly love waking in the morning and getting up to spend time with the Lord. There are so many scriptures that talk about the morning. The very fact that Jesus got up early to pray makes me feel like he desired to be alone with the Father at that time, as do I. Not to mention that joy comes in the morning and who couldn’t get up for that? Well, for those who are not so morningly inclined there is always coffee, and there are many scriptures that talk about the evening as well if you are one of those crazy night owls like my husband. Point is whether you are a night owl or lover of the morning, Jesus will meet you where and when you will make time for him. My prayer is that you too will find that place and special time with our Savior.
