God Is Not Mocked

“Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.” Galatians 6:7-8

How one mocks God may not be a verbal outburst of words denying God’s existence. But, as the Bible describes, it is our DAILY LIVING in corrupted flesh, which means living outside of God’s written laws: unbelief and or without any application of service to the kingdom of God.

Each day we are sowing or dropping seeds along the way. Those seed, good or bad, will germinate. That is what seeds do. The Bible tells us in Romans 2:8, “to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, are sowing seeds of unrighteousness, indignation and wrath.”

Each of us must check-out the seeds we are sowing. If we are filled with strife, deceit, backbiting, violent, proud, boasting of self, and wickedness we must call on the Blood of Jesus to clean us up. Because God knows our hearts and He is not mocked (or His Word is not annulled or void) by our daily living. The produce from your seeds will be evident in your garden either of peace or deceit.

“It is your choice to weed out your own garden and remember God is NOT mocked.” Romans 2:2
