He Chose You

How many people have walked out on you? How many times have you been in second place? Too many to count? That’s a part of life. During this part of life, you should turn to the one who never left, who never put others over you. Maybe the ones who left, left over mistakes, or when you didn’t do what was asked. Yet you do these things to Him, and His arms are still wide open.

Deuteronomy 10:15 NIV says “Yet the Lord set his affection on your ancestors and loved them, and he chose you, their descendants, above all the nations—as it is today.”

As much as you choose to defy him, he will still choose you. He does this to show his love for us. We can live through hope in him. So, as we do the exact opposite of what is asked, he will choose us. Time and time again. God will choose you. Without hesitation or a second thought. God loves you and made you for a purpose. He will choose you through every bump along the way so that he will see you live out the plan he has made.
