God Helps

Behold, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life. Psalm 54:4

Pastor Sam preached one Sunday night, and a part that

stuck with me was, the lions didn’t bite Daniel, the fire didn’t burn

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, Goliath didn’t kill an

Israelite, the jail didn’t hold Paul and Silas, and the grave didn’t

hold JESUS! God did all those things.

Recently, I was in a car accident with three of my cousins

and my sister. If my cousin that was driving didn’t stop, we could

have been really hurt or could have died, but God helped us and

none of us were hurt. In all of these incidents, things could have

been worse. I am thankful that God helped all of these people in

the Bible and us. He is our protector and provider!
