Prayer is powerful. Having a prayer life that is constant and devout to the Lord can make a huge impact on your life. You should set a time during your day that is specifically for you to pray alone. It can be anywhere. If you just have a little bit of time, it can even be in your car, in a bathroom or before you have to start working. If you want to spend more time than that, set aside a closet devoted to your prayer.
In the movie, War Room, a woman set aside a good portion of her day just to prayer and spending time with God. She was constantly blessed throughout all areas of her life. You can be too. Anyone can receive blessings for praying about what you need in life. No matter what the need, God will always provide if you are a strong prayer warrior.
“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14 NIV
