View and Value

Many times in our life, we let our view and our value of a situation or person affect our ability to love that person or even have them as part of our life. We let past experiences or even what the worlds say taint our ability to witness or love on someone. When in reality, God cares deeply about all of us. One of his greatest Commandments to us is that we should love everyone as we do our self.

Mark 12:31The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.

And no one person has greater importance than another. He loves us all with the same love because He created us each with the same love. To step back and really look at the detail He spent when creating us we can see how much he loves each of us. In Matthew 10: it says that…

30But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows. 32 So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven.

So, as we take on our day, take a moment and pause to see the value in each life as God sees it and then we will be able to witness and affect more lives by the way we live ours. It will also allow us a to have a greater boldness in speaking to those around us. Especially to those that world doesn’t value highly.
