Stand

There is an old saying that you have to stand for something or you’ll fall for anything. God was very persistent in His Word about us standing. He said in 1 Samuel 12:16, Now therefore stand and see this great thing, which the Lord will do before your eyes.

We don’t get to see great things from God just sitting around. 1 Chronicles 23:30, And to stand every morning to thank and praise the Lord. He wants us to get up with him. I try to thank him every morning for another day and another chance to be with my family. I am thankful daily for another chance to tell someone about Him.

Don’t get caught up with the cares of the world always saying, go, go, go! Stop once in a while and just stand. Stand and listen and know the He is God! Let Him do a “GREAT” thing for you.
