Certainty During Uncertain Times

“These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Predictions of the future are often made based on past data. Businesses try to set goals on what historical sales have been, Economists try to give predictions on what the stock market might be, and homeowners try to budget their household expenses based on historical costs. While none of these things are wrong to do and can be helpful, false predictions can be made because the reality is we really do not know what the future holds.

However (this is a big HOWEVER), we can absolutely predict and know what our Provider, our Heavenly Father will do and be for his children. The Lord is the same yesterday, today and FOREVER. His character never changes or wavers. His Word is always true and always relevant.

As we approach a year of uncertainties, we can be certain we have a Victorious Father who loves and cares for His children. Take courage today.
