Faith

Satan has seen God. Satan knows God. Satan was in Heaven leading praise to God. Satan has complete faith in who God is, but his faith is dead because of who and what he is. God, through grace, shows us who He is and we have the free will to choose to believe or not. We can choose faith or not. Throughout the gospel, Jesus encounters sick people in need of healing. Almost every time He says, “Your faith has healed you.” This is the power in free will. This sets us above all other created things. God gave us a choice to believe or not to believe. If we choose to believe we have a mighty power over the world we see.

1 John 5:4. We must walk by faith not by sight or what or senses tell us.

2 Corinthians 5:7. If we choose to believe, it unleashes the most powerful tool we have. First it saves us. John 3:16. It also makes us righteous and God’s friend. Our faith is increased through virtue and knowledge 2 Peter 1:5-7.
