911 Dispatch
Is God just your 911 dispatch? Or Do you walk in a relationship with him daily?
What gets in our way and puts a barrier/separates us from a relationship with God?
If and when God is no longer a priority the enemy starts to win and starts to impact our mind/thinking. The enemy will do anything to separate us from our Heavenly Father so that we no longer see God for who he really is in our life.
Matt 16:26: For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
God is more than a 911 dispatch, don’t get me wrong he is a help in times of trouble but more than that he is:
He is our friend
John 15:15: No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you.
He is unchanging
James 1:17: Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.
He is a promise Keeper
2 Peter 3:9: The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.
He is our safety
2 Samuel 22:32-32: “For who is God, besides the Lord? And who is a rock, besides our God?
He is our #1 source of love
Romans 5:8; 8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us
Ephesians 2:4: 4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,
What are you needing to give up so that you can walk in a relationship with God without distractions?
