And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Go in, tell Pharaoh king of Egypt to let the children of Israel go out of his land.” And Moses spoke before the Lord, saying, “The children of Israel have not heeded me. How then shall Pharaoh heed me, for I am of uncircumcised lips?” Then the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, and gave them a command for the children of Israel and for Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt.”
Exodus 6:10-13 NKJV
!!Don’t quit!!
Moses wanted to quit after the first setback. God continued to do a work in his heart to build faith and endurance that would level out to persistent obedience.
When circumstances and difficulties are coming from every corner.
The first thing that comes to mind is I should just quit. We have to remember God didn’t call us to these difficulties so we could just give up. No friends He who called us promises strength and wisdom to equip us every good work so that He is name will be glorified.
Trusting and obeying and standing on the promises of God this morning!
That faith and endurance brings forth patience that can only come from full trust in THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY.
God doesn’t raise up quitters He raises strong finishers!
