Give Grace

Grace is a powerful disarmer, and most mysterious when intentionally given, at odd situations. The Lord loved us first, when we were still in enmity with Him, before we ever took a step towards Him, or said anything kind about Him. No list of do’s, or dues for membership …a simple and truthful acknowledgement of our need and want of Him, without works afore it. So, this dispensation of grace undeserving is what- given out under contrary circumstances to difficult people, can actually get their notice and reach their hearts…and you are able to do it with the help and love of the Lord; because you perceive deeper than skin deep, and see into their hurting soul.

Giving grace passes justice, and seeks communion and relationship over being right. I have been given second chances and more, without the long story. Jesus knew the bigger picture and did not falter, thou his disciples messed up plenty, but the kingdom, indeed, got in them. Because I am Kingdom bound, I want the extension of His grace given (out) without personal restraint on my part…acceptable for His use and the likeness of his touch.

Ephesians 2:8 For it is by free grace (God’s unmerited favor) that you are saved (delivered from judgement and made partakers of Christ’s salvation) through [your] faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift of God;
