Psalm 46:1 “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” The word for trouble in verse 1 can be translated as in a tight place, a narrow situation.

Psalm 46:2 Therefore will now we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; (vs.3) Though the waters therefore roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof.

Key verse- 4 There is a river!

Today, remember as verse 1 begins… God is…

Refuge

Strength

Present helper

In the things we face daily, God has been there in the past for you and He hasn’t changed His mind about you!
