Jesus is Worthy

worthy: deserving respect, attention, notice. Having worth or merit or value.

There is a scripture that mentions a laborer being worthy of his wages; and I can easily understand, therefore, the value/worth of his work, as well as the worker itself. The Son of God, Jesus, was “one of a kind” person... the second person of the Trinity, Deity and sin-less incarnate; worthy of notice indeed! Then He came to Earth, to give His life as ransom for the sins of all people, whom are all born in enmity with God; to avail the opportunity of adoption through salvation, when we ask Him into our lives and be Lord. That act of obedience and follow through, to me, is “meritorious” and “worthy” of my numbered days ingratiated and filled with acclamations, breakouts and shoutings of endless THANKSGIVING of the One-unequal irreplaceable Jesus, worthy of an eternal sound of the rounds of PRAISE. Worthy, worthy, worthy is the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ-Our Lord.

Psalm 18:3 I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised,

And I am saved from my enemies

Rev. 4:11 “Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.”
