What Amazing Love!

Romans 5:8 tells us, "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

The impact of this verse still fills me with humility even after years of following the Lord. Christ died for us so that we could be saved. Yet many will not accept salvation. How it must grieve the heart of our Heavenly Father to know that many will refuse to accept the mercy and grace that is so readily available because of the finished work of the cross.

God's love was and is so great for us that He established the plan of salvation before the beginning of the world. In His sovereignty and great compassion for us, He demonstrated His love for us by giving His Son so that we could be justified before Him. What amazing love! Have you accepted this love today? Are you walking in the freedom that is found in Christ? If you are then you have experienced the greatest love ever given. If not, then today is the day of salvation. Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. If you are reading this and need help understanding what salvation means or how to be saved, I encourage you to reach out to us through our website or meet with a pastor. You will never regret surrendering your life to Christ. It is and will always be the greatest decision I have ever made!
